The office, factory and warehouse facilities, located in NJ, have been family owned and operated since 1984 and began with a customer base in the New York Metropolitan area. Consumers quickly embraced our concepts and continual investments were made to increase production capacity to better serve specialty stores.
The Berg Showplace Facility at High Point, North Carolina led the way to distribution all across the United States in 1997. Today they meet customer needs with a wide variety of space saving products and materials, including wood and painted furniture. The Berg goal remains the same as it did in 1984 - to design and manufacture furniture with the greatest flexibility while offering the most moderately priced investment to their quality retailers and their customers.
This item will be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. Please note:
- A white glove delivery team consists of at least two people so you will not be burdened with carrying your order from the back of the truck to your home.
- Once your order arrives in your area, a representative from the white glove carrier will call you to arrange a 4 hour window for delivery.
- You must inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product has any damage or if you are concerned there may be damage, please write "Product Damaged" on the sheet you are asked to sign. This ensures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to resolve the problem.
We offer 2 levels of service for this item: Bronze and Gold. Bronze is your default shipping method; if you wish to upgrade to Gold you may do so during checkout. Please read the service descriptions below to determine which level is best for your needs.
White Glove Bronze (default)
- Delivery to: Inside the threshold of your residence. If you live in a home with a garage, the product will be left in your garage. If you do not have a garage, the product will be left in your front entrance. The product will not be carried up stairs. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, we recommend upgrading to Gold.
- Assembly Service: None
- Packaging: The product will be left in the original packaging.
- Delivery to: Inside your residence to the room you choose. This includes carrying the product up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you need the product moved up additional flights, please contact us*.
- Assembly Service: The shipper will unpack the product and provide basic setup that requires no tools (i.e. set pieces next to each other, or on top of each other).
- Packaging: The shipper will remove and dispose of all packaging.
Please Note: Delivery does not include removal of old appliances.

Comments about Berg Furniture Oslo Crib with Drawer:
CSN has poorly represented the product here, as the crib they sell does NOT include an attached changing table. Search around and you can find the same crib WITH an attached changing table for the same price or less than CSN.
The product itself is terrific. We use it for our newborn son and it is well-crafted, sturdy and looks great. One con is that the changing table is quite small. It fits a small changing pad, but that's it. Once my boy grows a little, he'll be hanging off into space - and there's no extra counter room to set supplies while working. I end up putting dirty diapers on the changing pad at my boy's feet till I'm finished. Not sure what I'll do when he's a bit bigger....
